The fivewellness method focuses on five core elements: movement, regulation, nourishment, purpose and connection. When these five are in balance, the body doesn’t just function, it becomes whole.
The number five is more than a framework. Across cultures and traditions, it represents wholeness. The five elements—Earth, Fire, Air, Water, and Ether—form the foundation of Ayurvedic medicine, yogic philosophy, and many ancient healing systems.

Ancient traditions recognised that the body, mind and environment are inseparable. Modern science now reinforces this through research on movement, nervous system regulation, stress and longevity.

FOUNDED BY, CLAIRE CHADWICK

Five Wellness was born from years of working closely with real people, real bodies, and real lives. Claire has coached clients across the world, from all walks of life — her work with clients includes rehabilitation after major surgeries, reversing high‑risk health conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, and supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. Across every age and stage, one truth kept appearing: true health is never built from a single approach. So with her knowledge as a yoga teacher and her deep belief in natural healing, Claire’s coaching took a multidisciplinary approach. Clients didn’t just get stronger; they became more regulated, resilient, and capable in their daily lives.

After years of 1:1 coaching, it became clear that this work needed to live beyond individual sessions — to build something people could belong to, learn from, and grow with together. That was the moment The Five Wellness Method took shape.

MY WHY

For me, creating fivewellness is so deeply personal. When I was 11 years old, my dad put his faith in a common operation that should have transformed his quality of life, but he didn’t survive. Overnight, my world changed. I grew up caring for my mum, who suffers from a neurological condition and physical disabilities. After years of watching someone deteriorate, depend on medication to live, and attend numerous routine hospital appointments where only the symptoms were being treated, I began to question this system.

I knew that health had to start with prevention. Building strong daily habits that support a well-functioning body. To give our bodies the greatest chance of resilience if illness ever appears. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of listening to your body. Symptoms are your body's messages that something isn’t right, and the best approach is to dive deeper to identify the root cause.

It’s my life’s purpose to shift the perspective on health — to make prevention, longevity, and whole-human wellbeing the priority. To build a place of connection accessible to all through one shared practice, rooted in daily rituals, intentional growth, and meaningful community experiences.
